It was 32 outside when I started and got colder. What the heck was I thinking? But it was a great run. I was still defrosting hours later.

Bill Murray in “Ground Hog Day”, in one scene, tells the ground hog, “Don’t drive angry!” It’s a one of the funniest moments in the film. It may be great advice for driving, but running angry helps your avg. pace.
